Do you provide refunds for Clip Art Heaven members?
Due to the large amount of designs that are contained within Clip Art Heaven and the nature of the subscription area, we are unable to provide refunds of any kind. This is due to the fact that we are unable to know if files were downloaded to your hard drive prior to asking for a refund.

What kind of graphic formats do you offer and what programs are they compatible with?
Our designs are compatible with Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, Paint Shop Pro, PrintMaster, Quark, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and many more. The following formats are offered in SD's subscription area: .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .tif If you purchase individual cds, the formats contained in the cd will mentioned on the cd purchase page. Please note that not all graphics are offered in all formats.
How can I sign up for your subscription area?
Simply go to our Subscription Area and choose from either 6 mo. or 1 yr. With over 5,000 graphics at your fingertips 24/7, you'll be in clip art heaven!
Why does Scrappy Doodle Kits web site forward to this web site?
Scrappy Doodle Kits is a subsidiary of Snickerdoodle Dreams. In order to restructure our companies to improve on our services to you, our valued customer, we felt the need to forward all traffic to Snickerdoodle Dreams and our subscription area. That is where we now offer our SDKits (digital scrapbooking designs and products) for one low fee.
Do you still offer custom designing for business and personal?
At this time, we are not offering custom designs. Snickerdoodle Dreams' focus is currently to provide a wide range of designs for people everywhere.
Do you offer web design?
Snickerdoodle Dreams does not currently offer web design as a service provided by us, but we are affiliated with a great web design firm Located Here.
