All images, designs, clip art, printables, websets and products offered at Snickerdoodle Dreams through CDs, instant downloads, on product or in Clip Art Heaven are the creations of Heather Thompson and are protected by the US and international copyright law. SD customers may use our designs for personal uses as long as your projects are handmade by you. SD customers may also use our designs for commercial purposes as long as you register for our Commercial License below prior to your commercial usage. Credit for the artwork should be given back to Snickerdoodle Dreams either in printed format or a link to www.snickerdoodledreams.com.
SD prohibits the use of any of our designs to be used in an obscene, defamatory, or immoral setting of any kind, whether on the web or in print.

* Myspace or any other dating/social website
* Incredimail stationery, Outlook Express stationery, desktop wallpaper
* Cardmaking
* Custom Die Cuts (Pazzles, Wishblade, etc)
* Stickers, address lables or bumper stickers
* Crafts for children
* School, church or non-profit projects
* Certificates
* Banners
COMMERCIAL USES = Profits acquired by you, using SD designs for your commercial project(s) and/or product(s)
Snickerdoodle Dreams is an Angel Company, therefore, we do allow our designs to be used for limited commercial uses. However, there are certain restrictions due to current SD product offerings on our website as well as binding contracts through licensing that PROHIBIT THE USE OF SD DESIGNS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNERS:

* Digitizing for embroidery (Due to binding licensing contracts)
* Greeting Cards or E-cards (Due to binding licensing contracts)
* Web or Auction templates for re-sale (Due to current product offerings)
* Template or Web Set Clubs (Due to current product offerings)
* Mass Producing
* Sharing/Redistributing Files
* Offering SD designs as your own designs or in your own subscription areas or for download
* Freeware.
What do I receive with my Commercial Registration?
* Limited use of SD designs for your commercial gain (without mass producing)
* Your information will be stored in our database for future promotions and SD Registrant specials
* Sign up to our monthly newsletter
* A link in our Commercial Korner
